There is no charge for your initial telephone consultation. Our Client Services Representatives will determine the events leading to your data loss, and will advise you of your recovery options.

Immediate Diagnostic Evaluation

If you decide to send your Hard Disk or Optical Drive to us for data recovery, we will contact you immediately to acknowledge our receipt of your media. Our engineers will then diagnose the problems related to your media and will prepare a lab report for you, complete with a firm estimate of the cost involved to recover your data. We will fax or e-mail this report to you as soon as it is available and one of our Client Services Representatives will telephone you shortly after, to discuss these details and determine the next steps. You can expect your evaluation report within 4-6 hours, from receiving your media.

Complete recovery turnaround, including analysis and recovery, is usually 24-48 hours. Allworld Data Recovery Solutions has the specialized equipment and expertise needed to recover data lost from mechanical or electrical drive failure. Allworld Data Recovery Solutions Class 100 Clean Room facilities and factory-trained technicians will ensure the safety and integrity of your drive and allow us to repair mechanical and electrical problems in-house. We have the specialized in-depth knowledge of software structures to facilitate the recovery of your data and have vast experience assembling the pieces of sector data into usable files.

Recovery ranges from $300 to $2500, depending on the complexity of the data structure and/or the physical problems associated with the media. Our charges are based on time and expertise and do not relate to media capacity. Allworld Data Recovery Solutions will use any information provided by the customer only for the purpose of fulfilling the engagement and will hold the Customer's Information in the strictest confidence.
